Andre Carter signs with Raiders (i told you so)

Posted: September 27, 2012 in Raiders News

Andre Carter is heading back to the Bay Area.

Carter, who grew up in San Jose, was an All-American at Cal and went to the 49ers as the seventh overall pick in the NFL draft in 2001, has signed with the Raiders.

Carter started the first 14 games of the season and had 10 sacks for the Patriots last year, but a torn quadriceps muscle kept him out of the final two games of the regular season and the playoffs. He’s been a free agent since then.

In 11 NFL seasons Carter has recorded 76 sacks.

I broke the news about a week ago that this was going to happen since I had first hand knowledge but of course there were a select few that called BS and said I was wrong I was making stuff up and it was not going to happen well now it did. Look I will get stuff wrong from time to time just like everyone does who does this kind of thing but when I say it already happened or it’s a definite just trust me, sometimes the Raiders will even hold back a few days because someone already leaked it out online r written about it. I do not think this was the case here I think this was just agreeing to the money
